Live Webinar: Summary of Benefits and Coverage

Group health plans, which include HRAs, MERPs, and non-excepted FSAs*, must provide a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) for all eligible plans to all eligible individuals, participants and beneficiaries.
The SBC requirement goes in effect for plans re-enrolling on or after September 23, 2012.
DataPath will provide the SBC form developed by the DOL, the instructions, and the glossary. This live webinar will review the SBC form, the information required in the form, and when, how and to whom the SBC must be provided.
