DataPath Concludes Survey on Notice 2005-42

Little Rock, AR (July 11, 2005) – After the Internal Revenue Service issued Notice 2005-42 which allows the deadline for incurring Flexible Spending Account (FSA) expenses to be extended for up to 2 ½ months after the end of the plan year, a top provider of employee benefits solutions took the issue to plan providers to see how they feel about the rule change.
